1. Be our member upon consumption at HiPP Online Shop (https://shop.hipp.com.hk/).
2. Members can earn 1 HiPP Point for every HKD1 spending (HKD1 = 1 HiPP Point), excluding shipping fees or purchase of gift card. Points can be redeemed for selected HiPP products or e-vouchers.
3. Points will be awarded after consumption/ after products have been shipped.
4. Point(s) cannot be transferred, combined or converted to cash.
5. For any refund of orders, points earned on that purchase will be subtracted from your rewards balance.
6. For any gift redemption, coupon code will be generated by clicking “get code”.

8. Coupon code generated is only applicable at HiPP Online Shop (https://shop.hipp.com.hk/).

11. Coupon code is only valid for specific members and can only be used once.
12. Coupon code cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
13. Coupon code will be expired after a month. Unused coupon will not be extended nor refunded. No coupon will be re-issued if lost.
