Order terms and conditions:
1. Order of HK$600 or above can enjoy free direct delivery service. Please refer to the Shipping Charge for Details
2. Free direct delivery for order of Baby Hamper.
3. Remote area delivery surcharge of HK$80 will be applied for deliveries to Ma Wan/Discovery Bay/Tung Chung areas. Delivery service is not available for airport, outlying islands, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu and Sha Tau Kok. Remote area delivery surcharge of HK$40 will be applied for order below HK$1500. Order of HK$1500 or above can enjoy free direct delivery service to Remote area. Delivery service to Macau is only available for HiPP Organic Combiotic® HMP formula milk 800g. A delivery surcharge of HK$120 will be applied.
4. For delivery address without elevators, sorry that we do not provide direct delivery service. If you have any special delivery needs, please feel free to contact us at 21569986 during office hours to ask for more details.
5. Delivery arrangement: once order confirmed, logistic company or courier service appointed by Linberg’s Limited will deliver goods within 3-5 working days. (Remark: working day is Mon to Fri. Sat, Sun and Public Holiday are excluded)
6. When the Gale hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in force, delivery time will be delayed.
7. Please check and confirm goods items and Qty are correct before settled the payment. Goods return or goods exchange or refund or redeemable for cash is NOT allowed once the payment settled.
8. For any missing / wrong / defective items of your order, you may report the product problem by email to [email protected] or whatsapp 97059092 within 3 days after receipt.
9. Ordered goods are NOT for resale.
10. In the event of dispute, HiPP’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
