Hipp online store loyalty program
- By purchasing any product on the official HiPP online store (https://shop.hipp.com.hk/), you can become a member.
- Members earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent, and points can be accumulated to redeem gifts or electronic cash vouchers.
- Points will become effective after the order status is changed to “Completed.” Points are valid for 12 months, and any expired points will be automatically cleared.
- Points cannot be transferred, merged, or exchanged for cash.
- If a member requests a refund for an order, the corresponding points will be deducted from the member’s account.
- VIP customers are not entitled to this loyalty program.
- When redeeming gifts or electronic cash vouchers with points, the system will provide a redemption code. Customers need to redeem the voucher in “My Account” > “Coupons” and successfully enter the redemption code before submitting the order to enjoy the discount.
- This redemption code is only applicable to the HiPP official online store (https://shop.hipp.com.hk/).
- Only one redemption code can be used per purchase and cannot be used simultaneously with other electronic cash vouchers or gift certificates.
- This redemption code does not apply to Formula 1 milk powder or liquid milk.
- This redemption code is only applicable to the designated account and can be used a maximum of one time.
- This redemption code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The redemption code is valid for one month after redemption and will be invalid after expiration, without the possibility of reissuance if lost.
- HiPP HK reserves the right to cancel the points reward program, modify, cancel, or add program terms, including but not limited to canceling/adding promotions. HiPP HK may make any of the above decisions without prior notice to members and without any compensation.
