Delivery Arrangement

  1. No delivery service will be provided in Hong Kong and Macau on public holidays, Sundays, during the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning, or in weather conditions where we deem delivery to be unsafe.
  2. Except where otherwise stated in the terms and conditions, free delivery is available for orders reaching a certain amount after discounts:

    Product prices are based on those displayed on the day of order. We reserve the right to adjust the minimum order amount for free delivery at any time. Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong and Macau; overseas delivery is not available.

    Except for P.O. Boxes, SF Express service points, smart lockers, and restricted areas, delivery in Macau covers all of Hong Kong and Macau.

  3. Hong Kong delivery hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (industrial and commercial buildings: Monday to Friday only). No delivery service will be provided on public holidays or Sundays. Under normal circumstances, delivery is expected within 2–3 working days (working days are Monday to Friday only) after placing the order. On the delivery day, you will receive an SMS notification. During special promotional periods or when there is a high volume of orders, delivery times may be slightly delayed.
    Macau delivery hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (industrial and commercial buildings: Monday to Friday only). No delivery service will be provided on public holidays or Sundays. Under normal circumstances, delivery is expected within 5–8 working days (working days are Monday to Friday only) after placing the order. On the delivery day, you will receive an SMS notification. During special promotional periods or when there is a high volume of orders, delivery times may be slightly delayed.
  4. If there is any change to your delivery address, you must notify HiPP HK within 12 hours after placing your order so that we can immediately inform the third-party logistics company.
  5. Once the goods you purchased have been delivered to you, you will become the owner of the goods. After delivery, you will bear all risks associated with holding the goods, and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
  6. Upon receipt of the goods, you must inspect them for any damage. If you find any damage, please contact HiPP HK Customer Service at (+852) 2156 9886 or via WhatsApp immediately for verification and arrangement of a replacement. We reserve the right to refuse replacement of any goods that have been signed for.
  7. We reserve the right to amend the above promotional terms without prior notice.
  8. In case of any dispute, HiPP HK reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
