How it is eaten

Introduce your baby to weaning food by offering 4-6 small spoonsful before baby's milk feed and increase the amount daily. After that, feed it as an in-between meal, dessert or as an ingredient added to pap. Take out the required amount, cover the remaining portion and place it in the refrigeration compartment at 0-4 degrees Celsius and use up within 3 days. To protect jar from damage, please only use plastic spoons.
